Download these In-Design files if you wish to include your logo. The files includes layers you can alter to add your own logo as well as layers that are locked. Simply place your logo in the logo layer, create a printable PDF and send it to your local print supplier. Your logo must be and white, Adobe Illustrator for print and PNG for digital material.
